Full Workout:
1. Seated Shoulder Press - 4 sets x 8-12 reps
2. Viking Press - 1 warmup set + 2 working sets - 8-10 reps Superset
3.a. One Arm Cable Side Laterals - 3 sets x 12 reps
3.b. Seated Side Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets x 12 reps
4. Lying Incline Rear Delt Fly - 3 sets x 12 reps
5. Dumbbell Upright Row - 3 sets x 12 reps
6. Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises 3 sets x 10-12 reps
7. Dumbbell Shrugs 3 sets x 12 reps
