Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help drive bold, visually compelling design across the Axe & Sledge brand. In this role, you’ll take concepts from idea to execution, creating polished, on-brand creative that connects with our audience and elevates our marketing efforts.You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact campaigns with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creative design across digital, print, and marketing assets
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand visuals across all platforms
- Design assets for web, social media, email, paid advertising, packaging, and merchandise
- Translate creative briefs, concepts, and strategies into compelling visual solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams
- Support marketing and merchandise design for Axe & Sledge sister companies
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a brand or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated, modern visual design
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong design direction with an eye for visual storytelling, art direction, and brand systems
- Expert understanding of typography, layout, composition, and brand identity
- Experience across advertising, marketing, brand development, sales promotion, and digital media
- Awareness of current and emerging creative trends, especially within supplements and fitness
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Expert-level photo retouching and manipulation skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Highly Encouraged Experience
- Apparel and merchandise design
- Product packaging and label design
- Creative work within the supplements and/or fitness industry
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Tapcart, or similar platforms

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute our organic social presence across key platforms. This role is responsible for bringing the Axe & Sledge brand to life on social, balancing performance, creativity, and community.You’ll own day-to-day social execution while collaborating closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires someone who understands both content and culture, with a strong pulse on trends and audience behavior within fitness and lifestyle spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Axe & Sledge’s organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish consistent, on-brand content across platforms
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop social-first content and campaigns
- Write engaging captions that align with brand voice and messaging
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement while maintaining brand tone
- Track performance metrics and provide insights on what’s working and where to improve
- Stay up to date on platform trends, formats, and best practices
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives through social content
- Coordinate with ambassadors, athletes, and creators when needed
- Manage multiple content timelines while maintaining quality and consistency
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other major social platforms
- Proven ability to write compelling, on-brand captions and messaging
- Experience building and executing content calendars
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams
- Strong understanding of fitness, supplements, or lifestyle culture
Highly Encouraged Experience:
- Experience in the supplements, fitness, or apparel industry
- Familiarity with influencer or ambassador programs
- Experience working with content creators and UGC
- Basic understanding of paid social or performance marketing
- Experience with tools like Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of All social platforms
