- 1.5 Scoops Hydraulic (Unicorn Blood)
Warm-Up - Smith machine ladder pushups
- Plate Loaded Incline Press - 4x12
- Incline Dumbbell Press - 4x12
- Smith Machine Incline Barbell Press - 4xFailure. 3 half reps than 1 full rep.
- Cable Crossovers - 4x12 - change the angle you pull from as you fatigue to keep pushing yourself
