Pre-Workout Shake:

  • 1 Scoop of Ignition Switch (Shark Bite)
  • 1.5 Scoops Hydraulic (Unicorn Blood)

Warm-Up - Smith machine ladder pushups

  1. Plate Loaded Incline Press - 4x12
  2. Incline Dumbbell Press - 4x12
  3. Smith Machine Incline Barbell Press - 4xFailure. 3 half reps than 1 full rep.
  4. Cable Crossovers - 4x12 - change the angle you pull from as you fatigue to keep pushing yourself
