This shake is easy to make, requires just a few ingredients, and is packed with calories and protein! The macros clock in at 116 grams of protein, 28 grams of fat, and 83 grams carbohydrates for a grand total of ~1,048 calories.

You can easily manipulate the macros to fit your individual needs by adjusting the portions of the ingredients. For example, half of this recipe would yield ~524 calories, 41 grams of carbs, 58 grams of protein and 14 grams of fat.

  • 16 ounces Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1 medium-sized organic banana
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free dry oats
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 3 scoops Chocolate Milkshake Farm Fed

Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined! For a colder and thicker shake, consider adding some ice.
