2. Hammer Curls - 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6/12 Last Set - Seth Set
2. Rope Pressdowns - 4 x 15, 12, 12, 10 3. Incline DB Curls (Incline Bench) - 2 x 10
3. Incline DB Curls (Lat Pulldown Bench) - 2 x 10
3. One Arm Over the Head DB Extensions - 4 x 12, 10, 10, 8
4. Cable Curls - 4 x 15, 12, 10, 10
4. One Arm Cable Pressdowns - 4 x 12
