Seth does fasted cardio nearly every morning which usually lasts 30-45 minutes. However, in the video above, Seth did 90 minutes on his old school stair  stepper because he's getting ready to go hunting in the mountains. So Seth's main goal at the moment is to improve his endurance by doing more cardio.

Directly after cardio, Seth consumes 1 scoop of The Grind, 1 scoop of Greens+, and 1 serving of the Axe & Sledge Multivitamin. Then it's time for breakfast!

When it comes to nutrition, Seth likes to keep things simple. One of his go-to meals is 4-5 whole eggs, one cup of oatmeal, and one scoop of Farm Fed. At the moment, Seth's favorite flavors for Farm Fed are Glazed Donut and Dippin' Dots Strawberry Ice Cream. He aims to consume 50-60 grams of carbs, 50 grams of protein, and about 20 grams of fat in his first meal.
