- 20 - Push-ups with Knee-ups

- 10 - Leg Lifts (don't let go of bar between exercises)
- 20 - Dumbbell Snatches at 45lbs
- 1 - 20 yard Sled Push
- 1 - 20 yard Sled Pull
- 12 - Burpees over an object
