Arm Day on Low Carbs | Seth Feroce

In this video, Seth Feroce takes you through his arm workout while he's eating a low carb diet. Seth is testing out a carb cycling diet as he shreds down for the spring/summer.

For the low carb days, he eats around 60 grams of carbs, 260 grams of protein, and 60 grams of fat per day. He will do that for 3 consecutive days, then implement a high carb day.

On the high carb day, his protein and fat intake stays the same, but he increases the carbs to 75-100 grams per meal. Since he's eating six times per day, that comes to a total of around 450-600 grams of carbohydrates.

He always pairs the high carb days with a high output workout, such as a leg or back workout. For the low carb days, he does a lower output workout, such as an arm workout.
