Warm-Up - Get a sweat going, push some blood in those shoulders!

  1. DB Lateral Raise - 4x8-18 then drop-set
  2. DB front raises - 4x8-15
  3. Machine Shoulder Press - 3x8-15 - Superset with Lateral Raises - Use Perfect Shoulder machine if you have it!(most don't! lol)
  4. Giant Set - Face Pulls & Plate side, rear, and front raises 3x8-15
