Shake Ingredients: (2 servings that I split between the 2 girls)
Ice - 1 cup
Egg Whites - 4oz
Almond Milk - 6oz
Oats - 1/4 cup to 1/2cup
Squirt of Chocolate Syrup
FarmFed Cookies n Cream Protein Powder - 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 scoops
