Shake Ingredients: (2 servings that I split between the 2 girls)
- Ice - 1 cup
- Egg Whites - 4oz
- Almond Milk - 6oz
- Oats - 1/4 cup to 1/2cup
- 2 Oreos
- Squirt of Chocolate Syrup
- FarmFed Cookies n Cream Protein Powder - 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 scoops
