Seth Feroce's Bodyweight Functional & Fxckable Workout

On the days that Seth Feroce doesn't feel like moving heavy weight, he still likes to push himself. That's where the functional and fxckable workouts come into play! For this workout, Seth does a high-volume bodyweight only workout. His goal is to complete 150 pull-ups, 250 push-ups, 300 sit-ups, and 1 mile.

Since his legs are smoked from squatting over the weekend, he doesn't include any lower body movements in this workout. He simply wants to move his body, sweat, and burn some calories.

This workout may be simple, but it sure is effective! Better yet, you can do it anywhere since minimal equipment is required. Check out the video below for more tips and insight from Seth!

Bodyweight F&F Workout

  • 150 pull-ups
  • 250 push-ups
  • 300 sit-ups
  • 10 sets of 15, 25, 30
  • 1 mile - Run, Walk, or Jog, just finish the mile
