Higher Calorie Shakes for Big Gains

Seth and the team have been experimenting with making some TASTY shakes with Farmfed Protein! This one features Fruity Pebbles Cereal! This type of higher calorie or nutrient dense shake is something Seth would drink Post fasted cardio in the morning(1st Meal of the day), or as the last meal of the day before bed. All of these ingredients and serving sizes can be adjusted to fit your goals/macros. This is just what Seth does! Regular Milk or Water can be substituted for the Almond Milk. Also, the fluid ounces used are for preference of consistency. So if you think it is a little too thick or thin, adjust as needed. These shakes are great to add those calories in during an off season diet or just trying to add that extra thickness. And they are TASTY AF!
