It's the final week of the 2024 HWMF Transformation Challenge, so here are the final recipes we have to share with you:
Missy's Overnight Oats

Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup (40 grams) dry oats
- 20 grams dates (pitted)
- 10 grams dried cranberries
- 1 scoop (~31 grams) Farm Fed
- 1/2 Apple (diced)
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cinnamon
How to make:
- In a glass tupperware, add the oats, protein powder, and salt.
- Heat up a frying pan and add 1 tbsp butter to pan.
- Cut up the apple and add to the frying pan. Season with cinnamon to taste.
- Remove from heat when apples are soft.
- Boil water, add to dry ingredients, and add apples and stirÂ
- Put in the fridge overnight
- ENJOY heated up or cold in the morning!

Doug's Salmon With Honey Glaze
Here's what you'll need:
- 5oz salmon w/ honey glaze
- 250g roasted red potatoesÂ
- 1 serving Brussels sproutsÂ
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
Here's how to make it:
- You can either buy salmon that has a honey glaze already or use plain salmon and make your own.
- Cook the salmon in the oven, air fryer, or in a skillet as directed
- Cut up the potatoes and brussel sprouts, sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese on top.
- Place in the oven or airfryer and cook until crispy.
