1. 30° Incline BB chest press
- 4 sets x 12,10,8,6 reps
2. Flat DB chest press
- 4 sets x 8-10 reps
3. Chest dips
- 3 sets x 12-15 reps
4. Cable flys
- 3 sets x 15 reps
- Last set = dropset
5. Cable push downs superset w/ push ups
- Cable pushdowns: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
- Push-ups: 3 sets to failure

Dean's Leg Workout

1. Leg Extensions
- 3 sets x 10-12 reps
2. Leg Press
- 4 sets x 10-12 reps
3. Hack Squat
- 4 sets x 8-10 reps

5. Seated Leg Curls
- 4 sets x 10-12 reps
