Brandon's Chest Workout

1. 30° Incline BB chest press

  • 4 sets x 12,10,8,6 reps

2. Flat DB chest press

  • 4 sets x 8-10 reps 

3. Chest dips

  • 3 sets x 12-15 reps

4. Cable flys

  • 3 sets x 15 reps
    • Last set = dropset

5. Cable push downs  superset w/ push ups

  • Cable pushdowns: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
  • Push-ups: 3 sets to failure

Dean's Leg Workout

1. Leg Extensions

  • 3 sets x 10-12 reps

2. Leg Press

  • 4 sets x 10-12 reps

3. Hack Squat

  • 4 sets x 8-10 reps

4. Lying Leg Curls

  • 4 sets x 10-12 reps

5. Seated Leg Curls

  • 4 sets x 10-12 reps
