Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. This notification will be sent to the provided email address that is located under your account. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update your tracking information.

Shipping During Black Friday And Releases

During Black Friday and other releases please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. This notification will be sent to the provided email address that is located under your account. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update your tracking information.

Shipping Hours

The Axe and Sledge shipping department ships orders Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm est, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping on Axe And Sledge Products, Merchandise, And Attire

The Axe and Sledge products can be shipped both domestically and internationally. They also ship to both APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes. 

For domestic purchases please be aware that inclimate weather, shipping delays, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. Please be patient and if you have questions about your tracking then reach out to Axe and Sledge customer service here.

If you are ordering internationally, please research all supplements prior to ordering this will ensure that the products ordered are legal for importation. The Axe and Sledge labels are fully transparent so you will be able to see and research each ingredient in the specific supplements. Some supplements may not be internationally regulated and you are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Axe and Sledge is not responsible for replacing items that were seized at customs.

For international purchases please be aware that inclimate weather, shipping delays, custom requirements, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. For international orders, in some cases, your country may charge additional duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees will be paid upfront on the Axe and Sledge website at time of purchase. The Axe and Sledge company does not mark up the price on shipping or any country’s custom fees. The company does not have control over these fees and is not responsible for setting the price. Your Axe and Sledge order will be sent as a gift to your country; therefore there should not be any additional fees.
