Kyle is a fitness enthusiast, youtuber, digital creator, entrepreneur, foodie, author, and chef. Kyle joined Axe & Sledge in 2023 to help share his knowledge about fitness and nutrition, along with a plethora of healthy, yet tasty recipes.
Most people know Kyle as the meal prep guy, but his passion for the gym runs just as deep! Kyle started taking the gym seriously about 13 years ago. He was always a "thick" kid growing up and through that Kyle realized that he was responsible for changing it, which gave him motivation for the gym, which turned into a passion and then into a lifestyle including cooking good food.
Kyle started to compete in bodybuilding competitions a few years ago and every coach he had, just gave him the same bland cookie cutter meal plan of chicken and rice. And yes maybe to get stage ready that works, but for lifestyle and wanting to feel and look good, food doesn't have to be boring bland ass chicken and rice.
