2B. French Curls (Over the head DB ext.) - 3 sets x 12, 10, 8
3A. Preacher Curls (Cable) - 3 sets x 12,10,10
3B. Dip Machine - 3 sets x 12,10,10
4A. Concentration Curls - 1 set to failure
