In this video, Dougie, Dean, and Keri run through a glute and hamstring focused leg day. Whether you're looking to step on stage or not, this is a great workout to add to your routine!

Glute & Hamstring Focused Leg Day

  1. Glute Hyperextensions: 3 sets x 10 reps
  2. Dumbbell Goblet Squats: 3 sets x 12 reps
  3. Lying Leg Curls: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
  4. Romanian Deadlifts: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
  5. Leg Extensions Superset with Leg Press: 2 sets x 15-20 reps each


Maximize your training session with these supplements:

  • Hydraulic or Ignition Switch: consume 2 scoops of Hydraulic or 1 scoop of Ignition Switch with 8-10 ounces of water 15-20 minutes prior to training
  • The Grind: consume 1 scoop during training with 12-14 ounces of water
  • Demo Day: consume 1/2-1 scoop before or during training
