Overall it’s good! I’m probably a bit desensitized to this type of product if I’m being completely honest. While I can tell it’s working and I do get slightly warm it dosnt really make me sweat or anything crazy like I was expecting.
That being said the passion melon punch flavor is amazing! And trust me I know this will sound weird. But if you get this flavor try a scoop in your coffee …. I had some fall into my coffee one day and was shocked how good it tasted

First time buyer of the 212 Thermo. Started with 1/2 scoop and holy shit! I’m sweating way more than I usually do during a workout and that Spicy Mango flavor is phenomenal. Excellent product!

It definitely works. Has me sweating like I spent 20 minutes in the sauna. It does last a couple hours. The biggest down side is it gives me the cold chills once it starts to ware off.

I really like this product. I tend to have a heart rate spike with any pre workout but this product allows my heart rate to remain normal, which is super important. Great flavor too- not really into tropical flavors but it’s smooth

I like the current formula. The older formula hit much harder and I liked that. I guess I could do a scoop and half.

Need the old formula and flavor back. It actually made you sweat and was for hard workers. I got 6 people on the old formula who loved it and were loyal to it. This came out, we were all super excited, and it just doesn’t do what the old one did. None of us are buying another container. Very sad. Love you guys and still buy other supplements, but this one hurt.
