1. Once you have created the Instagram or Facebook Post, Instagram Story, or Instagram Reel, take a screenshot.
2. Select the correct campaign on your Demo Crew Dashboard
3. Click on the Requirements tab
4. Scroll until you see Upload Image or Upload Video
5. Click Upload Image or Upload Video
6. Click + Upload
7. Select where your screenshot is stored
8. Click on the correct image
9. Once added, your post will be highlighted in orange and show Pending approval - Your submissions are pending approval - Please wait up to 3 business days for your post to be approved
10. Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, your image will be highlighted in green
