- Check ins will be done using the Roster app. YOU WILL NEED TO UPLOAD 1 FRONT SHOT, 1 SIDE SHOT, AND 1 REAR SHOT SHOWING YOUR ENTIRE BODY. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ATTIRE APPROPRIATELY. (SWIMWEAR OR UNDERWEAR THAT SHOWS OFF YOUR PROGRESS WHILE STAYING APPROPRIATE).

THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN BASED ON THEIR OVERALL BODY TRANSFORMATION. THIS IS NOT A NUMBERS CONTEST, SO IT'S NOT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT THAT'S LOST. THE CHALLENGE WILL BE ABOUT HOW MUCH YOUR BODY HAS CHANGED OVER THE SIX WEEK TIME FRAME FROM BEGINNING TO END.
