Program Name: The Demo Crew (“Ambassador Program”)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Axe & Sledge Ambassador Program (“Program”), you (“Ambassador,” “you,” “your”) agree to the terms and conditions in this Ambassador Program Terms of Service (“Terms”). Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted by applicable law.
Have a valid email address and any other contact/accounting info as requested by the Company.
3. Enrollment & Approval
You must complete the Program application and provide accurate information.
Acceptance into the Program is at Company’s sole discretion and may depend on alignment with our core values, online presence, audience fit, and past behavior.
Acceptance is not guaranteed.
4. Ambassador Responsibilities
As an Ambassador you agree to:
4.1 Promotion
Promote Axe & Sledge products authentically through your channels (e.g., social media).
Only make truthful, non-misleading claims consistent with product labeling, applicable regulations, and Company guidelines.
Comply with all advertising and disclosure laws (e.g., disclose sponsored content/affiliate links per FTC guidelines).
4.2 Conduct
Represent the Company in a professional, positive manner.
Uphold brand values of loyalty, hard work, integrity, community and pride.
Avoid offensive content, hate speech, illegal activities, or conduct that harms the Company’s reputation.
Not engage in spamming or misleading promotions.
4.3 Content Use
Use Company logos, trademarks, and creatives only as permitted.
Submit requested content by deadlines when asked for select campaigns.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Ambassador benefits may include:
A unique discount or referral code.
Commission on sales generated via your referrals (if applicable).
Early access to new products, exclusive events, gear, and private community access.
Details of compensation are defined in your Ambassador agreement or onboarding materials.
6. Affiliate & Referral Rules
You shall only use the referral/affiliate link or code assigned to you.
Earnings are calculated and paid out based on the Company’s tracking system and payout schedule.
Company reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, returns, or policy violations.
7. Intellectual Property
The Company owns all rights to the Axe & Sledge brand, logos, trademarks, and product materials.
Ambassadors may use Company IP strictly as permitted in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Ambassadors may receive confidential or proprietary information. You agree not to disclose anything marked “confidential” without Company authorization.
9. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time for:
Violation of these Terms.
Deterioration in content quality or violation of community standards.
Fraud, misrepresentation, or harmful conduct.
Any other reason at Company’s sole discretion.
Ambassadors may also terminate participation by providing notice in writing.
10. Disclaimers
The Program is provided “as is” without guarantee of success, income, sales, or audience growth.
Company makes no representations regarding tax, legal, or business advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your participation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
