It's week 2 of the 2024 HWMF Transformation Challenge and we have several delicious and healthy recipes to share with you! Try them out and make sure to post what you come up with on the Facebook Group.
Sammy's Shrimp & Rice Zucchini Boats

Here's what you'll need:
- Two Zucchinis
- 150g Shrimp
- Jasmine rice (just enough to fill the boats approximately 50-60g)
Here's how to make it:
- Split the zucchini in half, hollow them out with a spoon and a place them on a sheet tray face down lined with parchment paper.
- Season them with a sprinkle of olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Bake on 375 until tender so about 8-10 minutes.
- Season the shrimp however you like (I use coconut aminos, salt pepper garlic powder and a little bit of old bay) and cook until for 3-4 minutes on each side on the stovetop.
- Prepare the jasmine rice as the zucchini is cooking.
- Once everything is done, you add the rice and shrimp to the zucchini
- Top off with Flavor Gang Southwestern Smash sauce or any sauce you prefer (chipotle will tie it all together in my opinion)

Vincenzo's Peanut Butter Power Protein Shake

Here's what you'll need:
- 2-3 scoops of Peanut Butter N' Honey Farm Fed (vary the amount to fit your needs)
- 1 cup dry oats
- 1 medium-sized banana
- 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
- Cinnamon (optional)
- 8-12 ounces milk or almond milk
Here's how to make it:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth
- If you want a thicker consistency add ice

CJak's Breakfast Sandwich

Here's what you'll need:
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs or 4 egg whites
- 2 slices of Dave’s killer bread
- 2 slices of turkey bacon
- 2 slices of a cheese of your choice.
- Spinach
Here's what how to make it:
- Toast bread to however you like.
- Peel and mash avocado as if you were making guacamole.
- Add and mix a little bit of hot sauce.
- Prepare eggs to how you enjoy them, place the cheese on top so it can melt overtop.
- When the bread is ready, spread the avocado on both slices to create a nice spread.
- Add the eggs.
- Cook turkey bacon to desired crispiness and add to the sandwich.
- Add a little bit of spinach.
- Enjoy!
