Hi, I have mixed thoughts but maybe I'm using it wrong. If I take all 3 capsules at once my urine is neon yellow and I feel that I'm basically pissing away money. By saying~ take 3 daily what does that actually mean? One with each meal or all at once? I am 60 years old and physically active almost every day, usually 14 hour days. I've never been a believer in vitamins but thought I'd give this a shot because I trust Seth's judgment. Maybe my body needs a boost?! Or maybe Creatine would be of more value. I seen that you will be sendinding a bottle of that as a bonus on the next round. Awesome!!
