White Cherry HWMF, White Cherry Hydraulic V2, and Whey More French Toast Sticks are dropping on 3.13.25
We’re kicking off March Madness in a big way with the launch of several limited edition flavors you don't want to miss, including White Cherry and French Toast Sticks! The only place you can get these flavors, besides our website, is at GNC either in-store or online.
We decided to go the nostalgic route for this limited edition flavor series. We took inspiration from flavors we loved as a kid and recreated them in some of our most popular products! There’s nothing like stepping back in time to enjoy some of our favorite childhood flavors without the guilt.
White Cherry // HWMF & Hydraulic V2
First, we have White Cherry, a modern twist on a classic refreshing sports drink. It’s sweet, light, tangy, and extremely smooth. White Cherry will be available for a limited time in HWMF, our high-stim pre-workout, and Hydraulic V2, our non-stim pump pre-workout.
HWMF and Hydraulic V2 are great on their own but stack extremely well together. Most of our consumers prefer using one scoop of each to get the best of both worlds. In case you're not familiar with HWMF or Hydraulic V2, here's a quick recap of their key ingredients and benefits.
HWMF - High Stim Pre-Workout
HWMF is our new flagship high-stim pre-workout that made its debut to the Axe & Sledge lineup in July 2024. HWMF features a one scoop or two scoop serving, allowing consumers to adjust the dose to fit their individual needs easily.
A full two scoop serving features 400 milligrams of caffeine from fast-acting and extended-release sources so you get maximum energy without the crash or jitters! Not to mention, HWMF contains synephrine, yohimbine hydrochloride, and alpha yohimbine hydrochloride to further elevate your mood, energy, and alertness!
HWMF also features six grams of L-citrulline for enhanced blood flow and 2.5 grams of betaine anhydrous for strength and power output. HWMF includes alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline (GPC) and CognatiQ® for increased focus and electrolytes, and L-taurine to support hydration.

Hydraulic V2 - Non Stim Pre-Workout
Hydraulic V2 combines performance, focus, and juicy pumps all without using any caffeine! This formula is packed with eight grams of pure L-citrulline, three grams of HydroPrime® glycerol, two grams of L-taurine, 508 milligrams of VasoDrive-AP®, 200mg of CitraPEAK®, 150mg of sodium, and 125 milligrams of vitamin C to deliver skin-splitting pumps that last long after the workout is done.
Hydraulic V2 doesn't stop at pumps, this comprehensive formula also features 3.2 grams of Beta-Alanine for increased muscular endurance, 1,000mg of L-Tyrosine, and 100mg of CognatiQ® for improved mind-muscle connection, and AstraGin® for superior absorption.
Since Hydraulic V2 doesn't contain any stimulants, it's a great option for those that train later in the day. The new formula is smooth, refreshing, and mixes much better than the original.
Whey More French Toast Sticks
Next is French Toast Sticks, inspired by a classic breakfast item even kids look forward to eating. This flavor has the perfect combination of cinnamon, vanilla, and a hint of maple syrup. French Toast Sticks is available in Whey More, our premium protein blend that uses whey protein concentrate 80% and whey protein isolate to deliver 24 grams of protein per serving.

Protein French Toast Sticks Recipe
Although french toast sticks are delicious they are often lacking in protein. Using Whey More French Toast Sticks we were able to re-create this recipe to turn it into a protein packed dish! Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
- 1 scoop of Whey More French Toast Sticks
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 2 slices of bread (your choice)
- Cooking spray (or a small amount of coconut oil)
- Optional toppings (maple syrup, fresh berries, or nut butter)
Instructions
- Whisk together the egg whites, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a shallow bowl. Make sure everything is well combined and smooth.
- Slice your bread into strips about 1 inch wide, creating "sticks".
- Heat a nonstick skillet, or griddle, over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray or coat with a little coconut oil. Dip each bread stick into the protein batter, making sure it’s well-coated, but not too soggy.
- Place the coated bread sticks on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the sticks from the skillet and serve them hot. Top with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh berries, or a drizzle of almond butter.
