These two guys know a thing or two about building muscle, lifting heavy weights, and cooking some delicious protein packed meals! Brandon's protein pancake recipe is the perfect way to curb your sweet tooth. Whereas, Vincenzo's savory fiesta bowl will keep you full for hours.

Brandon's Protein Pancakes

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1-2 scoops Farm Fed (flavor of choice)
  • 1/2 cup of oats, blended into flour (or just oat flour)
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Water

Here's how to make them:

  • Combine all of the ingredients together. Add water until you get the desired consistency.
  • Cook like normal pancakes and drizzle with nut butter and maple syrup!

Vincenzo's Mass Fiesta Bowl

Here's what you'll need:

  • 8oz bison
  • 250g jasmine rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

Here's how to make it:

  1. Cook the bison on the stove top with a skillet until well done
  2. Prepare the rice or you can use a microwavable rice packet
  3. Once the rice and bison is complete, top with avocado, black beans and salsa.
