It's week three of the 2024 HWMF Transformation Challenge, and we have two delicious recipes to share with you! Check them out below and get ready to crush this week.

Missy's High Protein Greek Yogurt

Here's what you'll need:

Here's how to make it:

  1. Use a kitchen scale to weigh out 170 grams of greek yogurt
  2. Add 1/2 scoop Farm Fed
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Add fruit on top
  5. Place in freezer for 15 minutes (optional) 
  6. ENJOY!

Chloe's Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 tilapia filet
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 125 grams sweet potato
  • 85 grams Green beans

Here's how to make it:

  1. Season one tilapia filet with Lemon pepper
  2. cook in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 385 ºF.
  3. Dice up the Sweet potato into cubes and sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes on 385 as well.
  5. Cook the green beans how you perfer (boil, microwave, bake, etc)
