We are kicking off week 1 of the 6 week 2024 HWMF Transformation Challenge with two breakfast-inspired recipes.

IFBB Pro Justine Albert's Egg White Pancake Recipe

What you'll need:

  • 1 + 1/3 cup of egg whites 
  • 1/8 cup of oats 
  • 1/2 scoop of Farm Fed or Plant Fed
  • 1/8 tsp of salt 
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

How to make it:

  1. Shake ingredients in an Axe & Sledge shaker and pour into a round pan stove top that has pre-heated for a few minutes. Cover with a lid.  When the mixture has formed a pancake texture flip onto a plate!!
  2. Top with 1 cup blueberries , some sugar free syrup and cinnamon!

Servings of each ingredient can be adjusted to match what each individual needs per meal!

  • Calories: ~280 (may vary depending on the ingredients you use)

Samantha Williams' Baked Chocolate Protein Oats

What you'll need:

  • 50 grams rolled oats
  • 90 grams of banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda or sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Milkshake Farm Fed
  • Chocolate chips for the top — optional! :)

How to make it:

  1.   Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray oven safe bowl/dish with cooking spray. 
  2.   Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3.   Pour batter in baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. (or until tester toothpick/fork comes out mostly clean)
