RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

TO OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS OF AXE & SLEDGE

Before submitting a Return Request through our contact page please make sure you read the information below. When submitting your request, please give our customer service team your Order Number, Name of the Item(s) You Wish to Return, & The Reason Behind the Return.

Return Policy on Axe And Sledge Products/Merchandise

If you would like to make a return on a product(s), those item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. This includes initiating the return process with the Support Team and the product(s) being received to the Axe and Sledge Warehouse.

The Axe and Sledge Warehouse cannot accept returns on opened and used products for the safety of the team and quality of other products in the warehouse. Please make sure that your product(s) are unopened and in its original packaging. 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on gift cards.

If you are returning apparel or accessories please make sure that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), and in its original packaging. Please note that ​​items with strong odors or smells such as smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, or marks such as deodorant stains, etc., will not be accepted.

The original packing slip should be included with the return and the RMA provided by the Support Team.

For any returns or exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping charges to have the item(s) returned. For exchanges you are also responsible for shipping charges for the new item(s) to be sent.

If the Support Team is not notified of a problem with your order within the return policy then a refund or exchange will not be given. This includes but is not limited to failure to receive a product, damage to the container or safety seal, quality of the product’s contents, and/or receipt of an incorrect product.

Returns are subject to be refused. 

Axe and Sledge cannot provide returns or exchanges on international orders.

Return Exceptions 

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. If you purchase Axe and Sledge from a local store or third party retailer the items can not be returned or exchanged by the Axe and Sledge website. 

Replacing Or Qualifying for A Gift Item

All free promotional gift item(s) are while supplies last. Since there are limited quantities of these items, they cannot be replaced or exchanged. 

If applicable, to qualify for a free promotional or giveaway item(s) you must meet the required amount after a discount code has been applied but before shipping, handling, and taxes.

Issuing A Refund, Store Credit, Or Exchange

Once the Axe and Sledge Warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the return, the Support Team will notify you of the approval or rejection of the submitted return.  If approved, you will be notified and issued a refund, store credit, or exchange.

If you requested to be refunded to your original payment method, then your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to see the refund on your account. Refunds will be issued for the subtotal amount, this does not include shipping and handling charges.

All purchases are charged and refunded in U.S dollars (USD). 

If you requested to exchange your item, the Support Team will contact you to confirm what item you would like to exchange.They will also confirm whether that item, flavor, or size is in stock and the shipping options available in your area. 

If you requested store credit, the Support Team will contact you to confirm the credit amount along with a store credit code. This will be valid for a future Axe and Sledge purchase.
