You will need to show your progress week-to-week. You will be taking the mandatory pictures listed below. In each photograph, you will need to display the Transformation Challenge Check-In Card for that corresponding week. These cards will be sent to you via email or you can find them in the link below. Please be sure to print them off and have them displayed in each photograph.

*YOU MUST BE IN YOUR UNDERWEAR OR IN POSING TRUNKS IN THE CHECK-IN PHOTOS - WE NEED TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS!
*THESE PHOTOS MUST BE FULL BODY SHOTS (Head to Toe)
NOTE FOR YOUR Final Check-In:
For your week 8 check-in, you will also have to submit a 30-60 second video of you posing to music of your choice. Your transformation will be judged based on your final photo submissions as well as this video!
