Shay joined Axe & Sledge in 2022 and became the first sponsored female athlete for All American Roughneck in 2023. Born and raised in Missouri, Shay played multiple sports throughout high school, including volleyball and lacrosse. Her athletic career continued as she played lacrosse in college.

After graduating, Shay traded in her cleats for a barbell and started building her physique. She quickly fell in love with the bodybuilding lifestyle. Shay is looking to step on stage in 2023 and compete for the first time in the wellness division.
