Check-Ins & Deadlines

You will have 72 hours to submit your end of the week photos. If you do not submit your photos within those 72 hours, you will be disqualified. All submissions must be submitted by 11:59PM PST each Sunday. 

You will need to show your progress week-to-week. You will be taking the mandatory pictures listed below. In each photograph, you will need to display the Transformation Challenge Check-In Card (via print, tablet, laptop, or computer) for that corresponding week.

The Transformation Challenge Check-In Cards will be sent to you via email or you can find them by using the link below. Please be sure that the Check-In Cards are clearly displayed in each photograph. We highly suggest printing the cards, however, you can also use a tablet, computer, or laptop to display them.

*YOU MUST BE IN YOUR UNDERWEAR OR IN POSING TRUNKS IN THE CHECK-IN PHOTOS - WE NEED TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS!

*THESE PHOTOS MUST BE FULL BODY SHOTS (Head to Toe)

Dates and Times

  • Initial Check In: December 27th - January 8th (*REGISTRATION PERIOD)
  • Week 1 Check In: January 13th - 15th
  • Week 2 Check In: January 20th - 22nd
  • Week 3 Check In: January 27th - 29th
  • Week 4 Check In: February 3rd - 5th
  • Week 5 Check In: February 10th - 12th
  • Week 6 Check In: February 17th - 19th
  • Week 7 Check In: February 24th - 26th
  • Week 8 Check In: March 3rd - 5th (*FINAL CHECK-IN)
