You will have 72 hours to submit your end of the week photos. If you do not submit your photos within those 72 hours, you will be disqualified. All submissions must be submitted by 11:59PM EST each Sunday.
You will need to show your progress week-to-week. You will be taking the mandatory pictures listed below. In each photograph, you will need to display the Transformation Challenge Check-In Card for that corresponding week. These cards will be sent to you via email or you can find them in the link below. Please be sure to print them off and have them displayed in each photograph.
*YOU MUST BE IN YOUR UNDERWEAR OR IN POSING TRUNKS IN THE CHECK-IN PHOTOS - WE NEED TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS!
*THESE PHOTOS MUST BE FULL BODY SHOTS (Head to Toe)

Initial Check In: February 1st - February 14th (*REGISTRATION PERIOD)
First Check In: February 19th - February 21st
Second Check In: February 26th - February 28th
Third Check In: March 5th - March 7th
Fourth Check In: March 12th - Math 14th
Fifth Check In: March 19th - March 21st
Sixth Check In: March 26th - March 28th
Seventh Check In: April 2nd - April 4th
Final Check In: April 9th - April 11th
