Check-Ins & Deadlines

You will have 72 hours to submit your end of the week photos. If you do not submit your photos within those 72 hours, you will be disqualified. All submissions must be submitted by 11:59PM PST each Sunday. 

You will need to show your progress week-to-week. You will be taking the mandatory pictures listed below. In each photograph, you will need to display the Transformation Challenge Check-In Card (via print, tablet, laptop, or computer) for that corresponding week.

The Transformation Challenge Check-In Cards will be sent to you via email or you can find them by using the link below. Please be sure that the Check-In Cards are clearly displayed in each photograph. We highly suggest printing the cards, however, you can also use a tablet, computer, or laptop to display them.

*YOU MUST BE IN YOUR UNDERWEAR OR IN POSING TRUNKS IN THE CHECK-IN PHOTOS - WE NEED TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS!

*THESE PHOTOS MUST BE FULL BODY SHOTS (Head to Toe)

  • Initial Check In: January 4th - January 16th (*REGISTRATION PERIOD)
  • Week 1 Check In: January 21st - 23rd
  • Week 2 Check In: January 28th - 30th
  • Week 3 Check In: February 4th - 6th
  • Week 4 Check In: February 11th - 13th
  • Week 5 Check In: February 18th - 20th
  • Week 6 Check In: February 25th - 27th
  • Week 7 Check In: March 4th - 6th
  • Week 8 Check In: March 11th - 13th (*FINAL CHECK-IN)
