Train Abs 2-3 times per week. Choose 2-3 ab exercises. Keep it Simple. Doesn't have to be anything crazy. 3-5 sets per exercise.
10 minute warm-up on the stepper. Use different foot positions to activate different muscles throughout.
Outdoor Cardio - Get outside and do something! What kind of Cardio? Any kind, just make it difficult! - FINISH STRONG!
