What’s up EVERYBODY! Another intense arm workout coming at ya! First part of the video is about the Axe & Sledge Supplement line up, followed by some INTENSE ARM TRAINING!
1. Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 4 x 8-12
V-Bar Pressdowns - 4 x 10-16 (check body positions and different variations) - For this stay close to the bar and elbows out.
2. 2 Handed Cable Curls - 4 x 12 (2 sets close , 2 sets hands wider)
Rope Pressdowns - 4 x 10/20 (change body positions to continue to push yourself to the next level and fill your triceps up more and more)
3. Alternating Dumbbell Curls - 3 x 8-12
Close Grip Bench - 4 x 8-10/ burnout added. (Listen and watch video of how i position my hands and where i bring the bar to. Be very cautious and careful this is not a beginner technique. Please don’t break your face 👌)
4. Preacher Dumbbell Curls - 3 x 12
Over the Head Dumbbell Extensions - 3 x 12
5. Dumbbell Concentration Curls - 2 x 12
2 Handed over the Head Dumbbell Extensions - 2 x 10-12
