Team Workout At Club NBT

Axe & Sledge Athletes, Dougie Flexx, Jeremy Potvin, and Vincenzo "Mass" Masone, invaded Justine Albert's gym to hit a back session! Although all of these  athletes all compete in bodybuilding, they are in different divisions, therefore their training styles vary.

For example, Doug competes in 212 Men's Bodybuilding, which means he cannot weigh over 212 lbs. Vincenzo competes in Open Men's Bodybuilding where there is no weight cap.

Jeremy competes in Men's Physique, which has more aesthetic look than traditional bodybuilding. And Justine competes in Women's Physique, however unlike Men's Physique, their lower body gets judged as well.

Since they all have their own unique training style, it was awesome to see them come together and hit a workout! One thing that they all have in common is work ethic! They are willing take their training beyond failure in order to get their body to respond.

Exercises, Sets, & Reps

  1. Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets x 10-12 reps
  2. One-Arm Hammer Strength Chest-Supported Row: 4 sets x 10-12 reps (each arm)
  3. Barbell Rows: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
  4. Weighted Back Extensions: 4 sets x 12-15 reps
