Intense Shoulders & Arms Workout

  1. Dumbbell Front Raises: 4 sets (3 warm-ups, 1 top set)
  2. Smith Machine Shoulder Press: 4 sets (3 warm-ups, 1 top set)
  3. Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 4 sets (3 warm-ups, 1 top set)
  4. Preacher Curls Superset with Rope Pushdowns: 3 sets x 20 reps each
  5. Hammer Curls: 3 sets x 12 reps
  6. Dumbbell Rotational Curls Superset with Straight-Bar Tricep Pushdowns: 3 sets x 20 reps each
