  • Deadlifts: 3 sets x 6-8 reps
  • Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
  • Bent-Over Barbell Rows: 3 sets x 8-10 reps
  • Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows: 3 sets x 10-15 reps
  • Cable Lat Pullovers: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
  • Seated Close-Grip Cable Rows: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
