Chest Workout Tutorial | Jeremy, Seth, & Vincenzo

Sets, Reps, & Exercises

1. Incline Cybex Machine Chest Press - 4 sets x 12, 10, 10, 10 reps
2. Incline Dumbbell Fly - 3 sets x 10, 10, 10/20 reps (Last Set = Seth Set)
3. Flat Bench Barbell Press - 3 sets x 10, 10, 8 reps
4. Dips - 2 sets x Failure (Go to failure each set)

Posing

Posing at the end of the workout will push blood into the muscle group you are working. Therefore, posing is a great way to add some intensity to the workout. You can hit some poses in-between sets or in-between exercises. At the end of each workout whether it is in the gym or in the bathroom (wherever you feel most comfortable)....Hit some shots!!!

Supplements

  • Hydraulic - 2 scoops - Mix with 8-10 ounces of water and consume 2-30 minutes before training.
  • Demo Day - 1/2 scoop - Mix with 8-10 ounces of water and consume during the training session.
  • The Grind- 1 scoop - mix with 10-12 ounces of water and consume during training.
