Full Chest Workout

  1. Pec Deck Machine - 4 sets x 15-20 reps
  2. Incline Machine Press - 4 sets x 12-15 reps
  3. Dumbbell Incline Press - 4 sets x 10-12 reps
  4. Incline Machine Fly - 4 sets x 15-20 reps
  5. Smith Machine Floor Press - 4 sets x 10-15 reps
  6. Push-Ups Superset with Lateral Raises - 3 sets x 15-20 reps

  • Hydraulic - 1-2 scoops with 8-10 oz of water. Consume 20-30 minutes before training.
