Warm Up: 5 minutes of steady cardio (ie: Treadmill, Stepper)

1) Curl to Press 4x8-12
2) Jumping Squat 4x12
3) Shoulder Taps 4x10 (Each Arm)
4) Front Plate Raises 4x12
5) Second Plank 4x30
