2022 HWMF Transformation Challenge Workout

Every year Axe & Sledge Supplements presents a transformation challenge that's open to anyone and everyone. There are several categories participants can enter, including the most shredded, overall female transformation, and overall male transformation.

This year we had several winners, but only one got the chance to fly to the Axe & Sledge HQ for a photoshoot, workout, and tour of our facilities. The one lucky person that got the grand prize to make the trip was Joe Carpenter because he was the overall winner of the Most Shredded category.

After taking some time off from the gym and packing on a few extra pounds, Joe was ready to make a change, physically & mentally. He just happened to stumble upon Seth's YouTube video where he announced the 2022 Transformation Challenge. So Joe decided to sign up and commit to the process of transforming his body and mind.

After just 8 weeks, Joe lost the body fat, gained some muscle, and ended up getting in the best shape of his life. His transformation was so impressive that he ended up winning some serious cash and a trip to Axe & Sledge HQ.

  1. Upright Cable Rows Superset with Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 12-15 reps
  2. Machine Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
  3. Machine Cable Flys: 3 sets x 15 reps
  4. Cable Flys: 4 sets x 12-15 reps
  5. Rope Cable Pushdowns Superset with High Cable Curls: 3 sets x 15-20 reps Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 1 set x Failure

Joe's Supplement Stack

Joe is a huge fan of customizing his pre-workout stack, so he prefers to use the Basics Series and if he needs a little extra energy, he will add in some Ignition Switch!
